Shelley cartoons

The Metro is Melbourne's public transport system. Theoretically, speaking. It's mostly a series of public announcements of the cancellations to the public transport system, the rest of the time it's a public transport system.
This is the second cartoon is my "Puztoon" suite. I'm keen to keep pushing the boundaries  ...Is it a cartoon? Is it a puzzle? Who can say?

Oh, and a while back Victoria's Premier John Brumby declared a war on knives. So, fellow Victorians, if you ever want to eat steak again you'd better secure a safe house for the serrated cutlery that you know and love. Run, my sharp lovelies, Run!
