Permissions and Reproduction.

Copyright

All images on this site are copyright. However permission can be given to reproduce cartoons. Whether or not this attracts a fee will depend on how the cartoon is used.

If you'd like to use one of my cartoons for a non-commercial activity then it usually will not attract a fee. But you DO need permission. If you need a digital copy of the cartoon then I will need to charge a small fee ($50) for the time it takes to prepare and send this.

You will need to credit myself and The Age newspaper for cartoons published by them.
e.g."Cartoon by Shelley Knoll-Miller, published in The Age Newspaper".

If you'd like to use one of my cartoons for a commercial activity then permission and a fee will need to be negotiated. Contact me and we'll take it from there. My rates are reasonable, and I can provide you with large, colour, digital files in whatever format you prefer. I can even make small changes to suit your application.

If you are unsure about whether your newsletter/journal/information hand-out/book/thesis/magazine etc is regarded as a 'commercial' or 'non-commercial' entity, then send me an email and I'll let you know.

If you'd like to publish my cartoon online, then please seek permission, provide credit (cartoon by Shelley Knoll-Miller) and link back to this website.

Thanks for your understanding!
